5 Days Samburu & Meru National Park Safari

Day 1: Nairobi- Samburu
Guests are picked up from the hotel or airport and driven north to Samburu National Reserve. After lunch at Sopa Lodge or Simba Lodge, there is time to relax before embarking on a 4:00 PM evening game drive. The drive offers a chance to explore the reserve’s diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. Guests return to the lodge before dark for dinner, an overnight stay, and relaxation.

Day 2: Samburu Reserve
Full day spent in Samburu national reserve with morning and evening game drives. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Samburu-Meru
After an early breakfast, guests check out and enjoy a morning game drive while exiting Samburu National Reserve. They then drive to Meru, arriving in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, they explore Meru National Park, known as “The Last Wilderness,” with a game drive until 6 PM. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at Ikweta Safari Camp.

Day 4: Meru
Full day spent in Meru national park discovering and enjoying best nature feels. All meals at/by the camp. Dinner and overnight. Sopa lodge/Simba Lodge

Day 5: Meru-Nairobi
After an early morning breakfast, guests check out and embark on a final game drive in Meru National Park. They exit the park via URA Gate, having experienced its untouched wilderness. The journey back to Nairobi follows, with arrival in the late afternoon or evening. Drop-off is at a Nairobi hotel or the airport.
